1. Who we are
RollOut Mobile Tire Services LLC (“RollOut,” “we,” “us”) is a mobile tire mounting and balancing service based in Fort Collins, Colorado. We travel to the customer's location and perform tire service on site.
Contact: 720-383-6902 · dylan@rolloutmobiletire.com · rolloutmobiletire.com
2. Services
We provide tire mounting, balancing, and TPMS service on wheels up to 28 inches with rim widths up to 15 inches. We do not perform alignments, brake work, suspension work, or any other automotive repair.
We reserve the right to decline any job, including after arrival, if in our judgment the vehicle, wheel, tire, or work location cannot be serviced safely.
3. Quotes and pricing
Prices quoted by phone, text, or email are estimates based on the information the customer provides. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins and may change if the vehicle, wheel size, tire, or condition differs from what was described.
Tire pricing and availability depend on our supplier and are not guaranteed until an order is placed.
4. Service area and travel
Our standard service area is Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, and Timnath. Locations outside that area may be served for an additional travel fee, quoted in advance.
5. Work location requirements
The customer is responsible for providing a safe, legal, reasonably level, and accessible location for the work — typically a driveway, parking area, or private lot. We do not perform service on public roadways, on steep grades, or on soft or unstable surfaces.
The customer is responsible for confirming that service is permitted at the location (HOA rules, property management, employer policy, or municipal restrictions).
6. Scheduling and cancellation
Appointment times are estimates. We will notify the customer as early as possible of any delay.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Later cancellations, or no-shows where we have already traveled to the location, may be charged a trip fee. The trip fee is $50 within our standard service area (Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, and Timnath); outside that area, it equals the travel fee quoted for that location. If we believe there is a chance a job cannot be completed, we will tell the customer in advance.
7. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and checks. Special-order tires may require payment or a deposit in advance.
8. Old tire disposal
We will haul away and dispose of old tires for $5 per tire. Customers may instead choose to keep their old tires. Tires left with us become our property for disposal purposes.
9. Tires and warranties
Tires we sell carry only the warranty offered by the tire manufacturer. We are not the manufacturer and make no separate warranty on any tire.
We provide no warranty of any kind on tires, wheels, valve stems, TPMS sensors, or other parts supplied by the customer.
10. Workmanship
Workmanship is accepted at the time of service, when the customer inspects and accepts the completed work. Any claim regarding the work must be brought within 7 days of the service date.
11. After service
RollOut is not responsible for road hazard damage, punctures, impacts, potholes, curb strikes, air loss, tire wear, alignment or suspension issues, or any work performed by others after the service is complete.
12. Wheel torque — customer responsibility
Lug nuts should be re-torqued after 50 to 100 miles of driving following any wheel removal and reinstallation. This is standard practice across the tire industry and is the customer's responsibility. Most tire shops perform this re-torque free of charge.
RollOut does not perform the re-torque. The customer accepts responsibility for having it done, and RollOut is not liable for damage or injury resulting from failure to have the wheels re-torqued.
13. Pre-existing conditions
Tire service can reveal or aggravate conditions that already existed on the vehicle. These include, without limitation: seized, stripped, rusted, or over-torqued lug nuts and studs; corroded or brittle TPMS sensors and valve stems; bent, cracked, corroded, or previously curbed wheels; damaged wheel studs or hubs; and aftermarket, locking, or non-standard fasteners.
RollOut is not responsible for the failure of such components during or after normal service. Where we identify a condition before or during service, we will inform the customer and may decline to proceed.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Colorado law, RollOut's total liability arising out of or relating to any service is limited to the amount the customer paid for that service.
RollOut is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, lost income, towing, rental costs, or inconvenience.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Colorado law.
15. Photos
We may photograph vehicles and completed work for quality records and for marketing. Photos will not include license plates, house numbers, or other identifying information without the customer's separate written permission. Customers may opt out at any time by telling us before or during service.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Larimer County, Colorado.
17. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted on rolloutmobiletire.com at the time of service governs that service.
