RollOut Mobile Tire Services LLC is a mobile tire mounting and balancing business in Fort Collins, Colorado. This policy explains what information I collect and what I do with it.
What I collect
When you request a quote — through this website, a form on Facebook or Instagram, a phone call, or a text — I collect what you give me: name, phone number, vehicle and tire information, and the address or zip code where you want service. If you book service, I keep records of the work performed and payment received. I don't store full payment card numbers; those are handled by my payment processor.
Why
To respond to your quote request, schedule and perform service, contact you about an appointment, keep service records, and meet recordkeeping and tax obligations.
Who I share it with
I don't sell, rent, or trade your information. I share it only with service providers I use to run the business — payment processing, scheduling, and tire suppliers when ordering your tires — and only as needed to serve you. I may disclose information if required by law.
Text messages and calls
If you give me your phone number, I may text or call you about your quote, appointment, or work I've done. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
Ads and forms on other platforms
If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, that platform collects your information and passes it to me. Their privacy policies govern their side. Once I receive it, this policy applies.
How long I keep it
As long as needed to serve you and meet legal and tax recordkeeping requirements, then I delete it.
Your choices
You can ask what information I have, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Contact me and I'll take care of it.
Children
My services are directed at adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If I update this policy, I'll change the date at the top.
